JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED   According to local officials who spoke to the Insight Harbor, singer Justin Timberlake was arrested in New York for driving while intoxicated. The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office released a statement on Tuesday morning announcing the pop star's arrest and formal charges.     Timberlake was in Sag Harbor, a wealthy Hamptons village that is a favorite summertime hangout for A-listers on Long Island. Following formal charges, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said he was released without bond.    According to a charging document, Timberlake was pulled over by police in his grey BMW at around 12:30 EDT for running a stop sign and failing to stay on the right side of the road.
